Sleeps six and has screened in lanai facing golf course, lake, and pond. Botanical garden-like grounds are immaculate. Steps to 3000 foot private beach access. Beach chairs are in condo. 

On-site activities include par 3 golf course, 10 lighted tennis courts, 3 heated pools (main pool is huge), wading pool, shelling, hot tub, sauna, gym and fishing nearby. Many walk or ride bicycles. Nearby are state parks, deep sea fishing, and surfing in-season. Many nice restaurants in area including ocean view restaurant on site. You can eat lunch at the Tiki Bar by the main pool. At times dolphins swim off shore and pelicans fish.

The condo is located on the southeast coast of Florida near Ft. Pierce and is a two hour drive from either Orlando International Airport or Sanford Airport (Allegiant Airlines Airport). The condo is centrally located within 100 miles of Daytona Beach, Disney, Orlando, Miami, Kennedy Space Center, Jupiter (spring training for the Cardinals) or several other major league spring training camps. The average high temperature for December-January is 74 degrees.

May to October is $86.00 per day (1 week minimum stay)
November to April is $143.00 per day (1 week minimum stay)
A $250 refundable deposit is required at booking.
Entire rent is due 2 weeks prior to arrival including 11% state tax and an $85.00 departure cleaning fee.
